119. Harry finds out his parents betrothed him to someone-- someone awful, for whatever reason. The only way to escape is to marry someone else, someone so unsuitable that his betrothed will agree to break it off. OR To cast a counterspell that will break a magical binding between them (if you like that sort of "betrothal" definition better). The counterspell requires him to involve Remus in some way, either because there's a ritual sex component (i.e., they must both be mutually unfaithful or whatever), a Dark creature's involvement is needed in some way, or anything else you can think up.
